Who Arlo Projects are
ARLO Projects Ltd is a commercial fit out and refurbishment company built on years of experience delivering workspace projects across London and the surrounding areas. We deliver CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B fit outs, refurbishment, design and build, small works and furniture and finishing for occupiers, landlords and workspace operators throughout London, Hertfordshire, Essex and Buckinghamshire.
Every project and every client is different. Some arrive with a clear vision from the outset. Others prefer a more collaborative approach as ideas develop through the process. Our role is the same either way: to work alongside you, understand what matters most to your business, and deliver a project that feels straightforward, well managed and enjoyable from beginning to end.
We are a hands on business by nature. The people you meet at the beginning of a project remain closely involved throughout, helping decisions happen quickly and ensuring responsibility never gets lost along the way. At its core, Arlo is built around being reliable, approachable and delivering spaces properly.
How we deliver
Every project comes with its own challenges — programme pressure, complex logistics, evolving design requirements, or working within busy commercial buildings that cannot simply close for the works. That is why we stay hands on from pre construction through to completion, maintaining close control of programme, quality and coordination on site.
