Within one working day, from the team rather than an auto-response. Site visits can usually be arranged within the same week, sooner if your program demands it.

Is the site visit really free?

Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We will tell you honestly what your space needs, including when the job is smaller or simpler than you expected.

Question 3

What should I have ready before you visit?

Nothing formal is required. If you have a floor plan, a lease or a schedule of dilapidation's to hand it speeds things up, but plenty of projects start with nothing more than a walk round and a conversation.

Question 4

Do you charge for a quote?

No. You receive a clear, line item price within five working days of the site visit, at no cost and with no commitment.

Do you cover my area?

We work across all London zones plus Hertfordshire, Essex and Buckinghamshire. If you are just outside those, ask anyway, as it often depends on the project rather than the postcode.

Question 6

Can you work to a fixed completion date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We set a realistic program at inception and commit to it in writing. If your date is genuinely not achievable, we will tell you that at the site visit rather than three weeks into the build.
